Lateral Partner, Finance & Energy — Milwaukee

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Milwaukee office to grow and lead finance and energy (renewables) capabilities. The role focuses on project finance, structured financings and transactional work for sponsors, lenders and developers in the renewable‑energy sector.

Ideal candidates will combine deep technical experience in project and finance transactions with a proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to mentor junior lawyers. The position offers a platform to build a market‑facing practice and collaborate with national teams on cross‑border and multi‑state matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner‑level experience in project finance and energy/renewables transactions
• Proven business development and client origination track record
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams on complex financings
