Seeking a lateral partner to join a U.S. law firm’s Energy & Environmental practice in Milwaukee. The role will combine regulatory counseling and transactional work for energy-sector clients, with an emphasis on environmental regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience on EPA-related matters or equivalent regulatory matters, a track record of client development in the energy sector, and the ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Extensive experience on environmental regulatory matters (EPA experience preferred)
Proven client development and business generation in the energy industry
Experience leading teams on transactional and regulatory matters
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
