Leading law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in the firm's Milwaukee office. The role focuses on counseling clients across transactional, regulatory and permitting matters in the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing senior lawyer with deep subject-matter knowledge, proven team leadership and an ability to originate and develop new business. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and welcomes experienced partners looking to expand an established book of business within its industry-focused platform.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) and in good standing
Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law
Strong regulatory, permitting and transactional background applicable to energy clients
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
