Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Milwaukee

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Midwest-focused real estate and construction litigation practice. The role is client-facing and involves managing complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related matters across state courts and arbitration.

The successful candidate will build and mentor a team of litigators, develop new business, and work closely with regional clients and outside counsel. This position offers a platform to expand a litigation practice within an established national firm presence in Milwaukee.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction and commercial real estate litigation (trial and arbitration experience preferred)
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing case budgets and staffing
• Active bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
