Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a busy Finance & Banking practice in the Minneapolis office of a well-established international firm. The role will focus on high-value transactional work across private credit, fund financings, corporate lending and asset finance.

You will advise private funds, sponsors, banks and corporate borrowers on structuring and executing financings, and collaborate with cross‑office teams on regional and national transactions. The position includes client relationship leadership and the opportunity to shape team strategy and business development in the region.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and proven origination capability; discretion and a track record of winning and managing client mandates are important.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (fund finance, private credit, corporate lending, or asset finance)
Proven client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable leading deals end-to-end
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and to mentor senior associates
