Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Munich. The role focuses on originating and leading complex finance and banking matters, advising banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers on cross-border and domestic transactions.

This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for developing business, managing deal teams and collaborating across international offices. The firm is open to flexible / location-agnostic arrangements; compensation and partnership terms are assessed on a sliding scale based on contribution and billing performance.

Proven track record in finance and banking transactions at partner level.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable origination capability preferred.
Experience leading cross-border deals and managing teams.
Strong commercial skills and ability to work with international colleagues.
