Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, New York (location‑agile)

Senior finance partner opportunity with a leading international practice seeking an experienced originator to join its New York platform. The role focuses on banking and finance matters across leveraged and corporate lending, acting for institutional lenders and borrowers on complex transactions.

The team is open to candidates on a location‑agile basis; the practice bills at premium partner rates and evaluates laterals on a sliding scale that takes portable business and seniority into account. You will join an established finance group with cross‑border work and institutional client relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in finance and banking law (syndicated lending, leveraged finance, structured finance or similar).
• Proven track record of originating or leading high‑value financings and managing client relationships.
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Portable practice/book of business preferred; ability to contribute to team development and business origination.
