Senior finance partner opportunity in New York for an experienced lawyer focused on leveraged and structured finance. The role involves leading complex debt financings, advising sponsors and corporate borrowers, and coordinating cross‑practice transactions with other offices.

The successful candidate will have a visible market presence, handle high‑value syndicated and structured deals, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development for the practice. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

Partner‑level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven track record leading complex syndicated, sponsor or structured financings
Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills; portable practice a plus
Experience supervising associates and working on cross‑office matters
Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to practice in New York
