Seeking a partner to join a busy Finance & Banking practice in New York. This role will originate and lead complex financing matters across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card and payments), and public finance.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow a portable practice, advise lenders and borrowers on deal execution and regulatory issues, and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles a mix of transactional and regulatory work for U.S.-based clients.

Established partner-level experience in finance & banking transactions
Proven track record across commercial lending, consumer finance (cards/payments) and/or public finance
Experience originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Ability to lead deals, supervise teams, and contribute to business development in New York
