The role offers responsibility for originating and growing a portable practice, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with cross‑office teams on complex financings. Candidate should be comfortable handling both borrower- and lender-side matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, asset-based lending).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships — ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and deal execution skills; experience supervising associates and leading deal teams.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work in the New York market.
