Leading international finance practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York banking and finance team. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working with a global platform of deal teams.

The team handles a broad range of matters across leveraged finance, syndicated lending and structured finance. The hire will collaborate with partners across offices and support business development for the U.S. practice.

Established partner track record in banking and finance transactions.
Proven experience on complex domestic and cross-border financings (syndicated, leveraged or structured finance).
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work with global deal teams.
