Partner opportunity in a top-tier finance practice based in Philadelphia. The firm is seeking an experienced finance partner to lead and expand lending and consumer-finance matters across commercial, card/consumer payments and public finance workstreams.

The role combines client-facing origination with matter leadership and team development. You will work with cross-practice teams on transactions and regulatory/compliance issues affecting lenders, card issuers and public borrowers.

Established partner with a track record in finance and lending (commercial lending, consumer finance or public finance).
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; portable practice or book of business welcome.
Strong transactional and regulatory experience advising lenders, card issuers or public finance clients.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices.
