Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a commercial finance and banking practice from the firm's Phoenix office. The position focuses on credit transactions, bank representation, and capital-markets related financing across industry sectors.

The team seeks an experienced partner who can bring a portable practice and help develop client relationships locally and nationally. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and interested in seasoned partners with established books of business.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, secured financing).
Experience with capital markets and bank-side representation preferred.
Proven client development and rainmaking ability; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Phoenix office while supporting national clients.
