Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a finance and banking practice in our Pittsburgh office. The role involves originating and managing lender- and borrower-side transactions, advising on credit facilities, and supervising associate teams.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform with resources to support complex financings while maintaining autonomy to develop a portable practice. This is an opportunity to build market presence in the region and work on a broad range of commercial lending matters.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking law, including commercial lending and credit facilities
Proven track record of originating matters and managing deal teams; portable client relationships welcome
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
Strong drafting, negotiation, and business development skills
