Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Riyadh finance team, with a focus on project finance and cross-border transactions. The role will involve advising sponsors, lenders and multilateral institutions on large-scale infrastructure and energy financings in the region.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead mandates, develop client relationships and collaborate with international offices on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a partner-track role for an experienced lawyer with an established, portable practice in project finance.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and large-scale financing transactions.
Track record of originating and managing cross-border mandates and leading deal teams.
Established client relationships and a portable practice appropriate for a lateral partner hire.
Fluent English; regional experience (Saudi Arabia / GCC) or strong international transactional background preferred.
