Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on advising on a broad range of finance matters for regional and international borrowers and lenders.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in building and managing the Saudi finance offering, working with cross-border teams across the region. The firm is open to candidates with an established portable practice in finance.

Partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions.
Proven portable client relationships and ability to originate work.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission or eligibility to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
