Leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to lead and expand its Riyadh corporate and finance practice. The role requires visible practice leadership, client origination and a track record of driving performance across a team.

The appointment can be Riyadh‑based or filled by a senior practitioner currently based in the region willing to relocate or travel as needed. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership above existing co‑heads and be accountable for growing the practice and delivering high‑quality client work.

Established partner with a portable corporate/finance practice and demonstrable client origination capability.
Proven leadership experience running teams or practice groups and driving a high‑performance culture.
Strong transactional experience in M&A and corporate finance matters relevant to the Saudi market.
Ability to operate in a senior business‑development role and build relationships with regional clients and intermediaries.
