Top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and expand its M&A and private equity practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on originating and executing cross-border and regional transactions for corporate and private equity clients, and on developing a local team.

The team has strong demand for project-focused and large-cap transactional work. This is a visible leadership role with responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a regional or international track record.
Demonstrable portable practice / ability to bring and develop client relationships.
Experience leading deal teams and advising on cross-border transactions in the Middle East region.
Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and strong commercial judgment; language skills and in-region market knowledge preferred.
