Highly regarded opportunity for a lateral partner to lead and grow a finance and banking practice from the firm's Rome office. The role involves advising on cross-border and domestic financing matters for corporate, financial institution and sponsor clients.

The firm seeks an experienced partner who will take a leadership role on transactions, business development and team mentoring. The role is location-flexible within Italy but will have strong engagement with Rome-based matters and international colleagues.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking (debt financings, acquisition finance, banking regulatory exposure).
Established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships suitable for lateral transition.
Admission/qualification to practise in Italy or equivalent EU qualification with ability to work on Italian matters.
Strong track record of originating and leading deals, managing teams and cross-border collaboration.
