Top-tier US law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Salt Lake City finance team. The role is client-facing and business-development focused, covering a broad finance practice that includes commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance work.

Ideal candidates will lead and grow the local finance platform, work on complex lending and finance transactions, and collaborate with national practice teams. There is an expectation of contributing a portable practice or developing new client relationships in the region.

Established partner with substantial finance and lending experience (commercial lending and consumer finance preferred).
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred.
Strong transactional and negotiation skills; experience with card programs and public finance a plus.
Bar admission in Utah or willingness to qualify; excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
