Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a leading, global finance practice. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of finance matters and leading complex, transaction‑oriented work.

The team operates on a location‑agnostic basis and supports partners with a national and international client base. This is a partner role suited to candidates with an established, portable practice and a demonstrated track record of originating and closing finance transactions.

Established partner‑level finance & banking practice with demonstrable transactional experience
Proven ability to bring and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Strong drafting, negotiating and deal‑management skills on financing matters
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work on cross‑border matters as needed
