Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national firm’s Seattle office to lead and grow its finance and banking practice. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on commercial finance, leveraged and asset-based transactions, and related credit matters.

The team handles a mix of transactional work and client relationship development; the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of originating and managing financing matters and will play a visible role in business development and practice-group leadership.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions.
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate matters; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on loan documents and security arrangements.
Bar admission in Washington (or eligibility to transfer) and ability to work from the Seattle office.
