Experienced partner level opportunity for a finance-focused securities lawyer to join a well-established office in Las Vegas. The role will sit within the Finance & Banking and Securities teams and will focus on capital markets work.

The firm is seeking a senior lawyer with a portable practice or ability to bring and develop client relationships, lead deal teams, and grow a market-facing capital markets practice in the region.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Strong technical knowledge of securities laws and transactional documentation
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible to become so
