Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities practices in the New Jersey market. The role will focus on leading complex capital markets and finance matters for corporate and financial‑institution clients.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, originate and execute transactions, and work closely with cross‑border deal teams. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice and originate new business within an established platform.

Significant partner‑level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions.
Proven origination track record and ability to develop client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Strong technical skills in securities and credit documentation, public and private offerings, and related regulatory considerations.
Experience managing teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and leading transactions from pitch to closing.
Admission to practice in New Jersey or another US jurisdiction; active bar membership and excellent commercial judgment.
