Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a regional finance practice from a national platform. The position covers a broad finance and lending docket, including commercial lending, consumer finance and card programs, and public finance matters.

Ideal for an experienced partner who will steward client relationships, develop origination opportunities and collaborate with a cross‑office team. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance and lending practice areas (commercial lending, consumer finance, card programs and/or public finance).
Proven client origination and relationship-management capabilities; portable book of business welcome.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Ability to work collaboratively with a national team and to be based in or work regularly from Sioux Falls.
