Established partner with significant experience in structured finance and securitization transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financings and leading deal teams
Demonstrable client-development skills and a portable practice or the ability to generate business
Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to be admitted
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management abilities
