Leading German practice seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking team in Stuttgart. The role combines transaction work across banking and finance with regulatory advisory and client relationship management.

The partner will lead and mentor deal teams, originate and develop client mandates, and work on a broad range of banking matters including lending, syndicated financings and secured/structured finance. The position offers a senior commercial role within an established finance group.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is advantageous.
Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English.
Strong team leadership, business development and transaction management skills.
