Senior finance partner role for a major international practice group, based in Tokyo with a location‑agnostic approach to assignment. The role will focus on delivering high-value banking and finance advice to regional and cross-border clients.

We are seeking an experienced deal leader to help grow and manage a finance practice, working collaboratively with domestic and international teams. The firm offers a partner-level compensation package and evaluates candidates on the strength and portability of their practice.

Proven partner-level track record in banking and finance transactions and/or financings.
Demonstrable ability to originate and lead client matters; portable practice preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and experience working on cross-border matters with international teams.
Excellent client relationship, business development and practice-management skills.
