Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Washington, D.C.

Senior finance partner sought to join a leading U.S. law firm's Washington, D.C. finance practice. The role focuses on originating and leading complex banking and private credit transactions, advising lenders and borrowers across syndicated loans, direct lending and related secured-finance matters.

The partner will manage a team of lawyers, supervise deal execution from negotiation through closing, and work closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices. The position includes responsibility for client relationship management and business development in the region.

• Established partner with a strong background in banking and private credit transactions.
• Track record leading syndicated loans, direct lending or secured-finance matters and supervising junior lawyers.
• Strong business development skills and ability to manage client relationships; a portable practice is beneficial but not required.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in D.C.
