Seeking a lateral partner to join a national finance team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance work across a mix of corporate and capital markets transactions.

The team advises borrowers, lenders and sponsors on complex financings; the successful candidate will be expected to lead transactions, manage client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Established partner with a portable finance practice focused on leveraged and structured financings.
• Proven track record of leading complex financing transactions and managing deal teams.
• Strong client-development skills and ability to expand relationships in the U.S. market.
• Active bar admission in the U.S.; significant senior-level experience in relevant practice area.
