Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a finance practice in a prominent national law firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role involves handling a mix of transactional and litigation matters across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in client development, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate cross-office matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in finance or lending-related work are welcome.

Licensed attorney with substantial experience in finance and lending matters (transactional and/or litigation).
Proven track record of client development and the ability to originate or expand business.
Experience with consumer finance, commercial lending, and/or public finance matters preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; comfortable supervising teams and coordinating with other offices.
