Senior partner opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded German law firm seeking to strengthen its Finance & Banking and Securities practice in Berlin. The role focuses on capital markets and transactional securities work across domestic and cross-border mandates.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, advise corporate and financial institution clients, and develop the team’s market presence. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for originating business and growing an existing practice area.

Partner-level experience in Finance & Banking and Capital Markets / Securities
Proven track record of leading complex capital-markets or debt/equity transactions
Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability preferred
Qualified to practise in Germany and fluent in German and English
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
