Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow finance, securities and corporate work from the firm's Oman office. The role will focus on capital markets and corporate finance transactions across the GCC and requires strong client-facing capabilities and experience running deal teams.

The successful candidate will join an established regional platform and will play a leadership role in business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice is welcome; this is a strategic hire to ensure continuity and future leadership of the local practice.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets, corporate finance and related securities work.
Track record of originating and leading cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
Commercial client-facing skills and demonstrable business development capability; a portable practice is an advantage.
Experience advising regional corporates, financial institutions or issuers; ability to work across GCC markets.
Bar admission or local qualification, or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
