Proven partner-level experience in capital markets and broader finance transactions.
Track record of leading deals and managing client relationships; ability to generate or bring portable work is advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge of securities and financing structures and relevant regulatory environment.
Fluent German and English preferred; admission to a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent standing expected.
