Leading international law firm is seeking a finance partner to join its Düsseldorf finance team. The role will focus on banking and finance matters, advising corporate and financial institution clients on a broad range of transactions.

The appointment is a senior lateral partnership role for an experienced finance lawyer with a demonstrable, portable practice. The team offers cross‑border work and collaboration with the firm’s wider network across Europe.

Established partner or counsel with a demonstrable track record in banking and finance transactions.
Portable client relationships / book of business suitable for a senior partnership role.
Experience advising lenders, borrowers or financial institutions on complex financings; strong technical skills and deal leadership.
Fluency in German and experience working in the German market preferred.
