Senior finance partner role within a well-established international law firm’s German finance team. The role involves leading complex banking and finance mandates, managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers on cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow a portable practice, contribute to business development and collaborate with regional and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional transactions and financings.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance matters (lending, syndicated loans, acquisition finance or similar)
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong management and team leadership skills; experience supervising associates
Fluency in German and English; admission or ability to practise in Germany preferred
