Lateral Partner — Finance & Capital Markets, Delaware

Market-facing partner-level role for an experienced finance and capital markets lawyer to join a leading US practice in Delaware. The role focuses on originating and leading transactions across debt and equity capital markets, with a mix of corporate finance and securities work.

You will run matters, supervise associates, and build client relationships across regional and national issuers, underwriters, and lenders. The team values business development ability and a track record of bringing or expanding portable client relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in finance/capital markets and securities work.
• Proven deal leadership and experience supervising teams on complex transactions.
• Strong business development and client origination skills; ability to grow a portable practice.
• Bar admission in Delaware or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
