Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis finance practice with a focus on capital markets and securities. The role will involve leading transactions, advising corporate and issuer clients on securities matters, and coordinating with national teams on sophisticated financings.

This is a senior, client-facing position that combines transaction work, regulatory counseling, and team leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys across practices and be expected to develop and deepen client relationships.

A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business in the capital markets/securities space is preferred.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities or related finance work
Strong track record of originating and managing client relationships; business development skills
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Admission to practice in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain local admission
