Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a capital markets and securities practice from the firm's Phoenix office. The role will focus on structuring and executing public and private capital markets transactions, and advising issuers, underwriters and sponsors across debt and equity markets.

The firm is seeking a visible, client-facing partner who will originate work, maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and collaborate with finance and securities teams nationally. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform and build a market-leading practice in the region; a portable client base or demonstrable origination record is welcomed.

Established partner with substantial capital markets / securities experience.
Deep technical knowledge of securities laws, public and private offerings, and finance transactions.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
