Established partner-level experience in finance, securities or capital markets transactions.
Proven track record of originating and leading complex deals; a portable practice is desirable but flexible arrangements will be considered.
Strong client-development skills and experience supervising teams on high-value matters.
Admission to practise in Switzerland (or eligibility) and fluency in English; German or other local languages advantageous.
