Leading international law firm is looking for a partner to lead and grow its finance and construction practice in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on project finance, infrastructure and construction matters across the UAE and the wider region, including cross-border transactions and financings.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, advising sponsors, lenders and developers on large-scale projects and construction contracts. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on complex deals and contentious matters, helping to develop the office’s regional offerings.

This is an opportunity for a partner with an established practice who can both service key clients and help win new mandates in the Gulf market.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance, construction and infrastructure transactions.
Track record of advising lenders, sponsors, developers or contractors on large-scale projects.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the UAE/Gulf region preferred.
Strong cross-border experience and ability to lead deals and mentor senior associates.
