Established partner with proven experience in asset management, investment management or related finance/corporate transactions
Track record of originating or leading fund and investment manager work; portable client relationships encouraged but not strictly required
Strong deal leadership and team management skills; comfortable supervising associates and collaborating with cross‑practice teams
J.D. and active bar membership in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
