Law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and grow an established finance, corporate and securities practice in its Dallas office. The role will focus on transactions and capital-raising matters across private equity, venture capital and capital markets workstreams.

The partner will manage a team, originate and develop client relationships, and work on complex corporate and financing matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed as the firm looks to expand market presence in the region.

Established partner-level transactional experience in finance, corporate and securities matters (private equity, venture capital, capital markets)
Proven business development and client relationship record; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Admission to practice (or ability to become admitted) in Texas
