Experienced partner-level lawyer with a focus on finance, banking, corporate transactions and investment/asset management work.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice or established client base preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
