Top-tier international firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Luxembourg finance and corporate fund practice. The role will focus on fund formation and asset management matters for institutional and alternative investment clients, working across cross-border structures.

The successful candidate will build and manage a high‑value practice, working closely with onshore and offshore teams across multiple jurisdictions. A portable practice/track record of originating and developing fund and asset‑management mandates is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in fund formation and asset management or closely related finance/corporate work.
Proven origination and business-development record; ability to build a portable practice.
Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund rules and cross‑border structuring.
Excellent client-management skills and fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
