Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate groups in New York. The role focuses on asset management and investment management work across fund formation, investment adviser matters and related corporate and financing transactions.

The team advises institutional and private clients on complex transactional matters and regulatory-driven issues. The practice offers significant platform support, collaboration across offices, and freedom to bring a portable practice.

Established partner with a demonstrated asset/investment management practice and significant transactional experience.
Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills on fund, adviser and related corporate/finance matters.
Bar admission in New York or eligibility to transfer; excellent client service and team leadership abilities.
