Successful candidates will join an established team handling cross-border and domestic transactions, contributing both technical expertise and client development capability. The team serves corporate investors, sponsors and growth companies across industries.

Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility to obtain admission)
Established partner-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions
Proven experience leading deals and managing client relationships; business development capability expected
Track record working on cross-border and domestic corporate/finance matters
