Lateral Partner — Finance & Corporate (New York)

Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York finance and corporate teams, with a focus on asset management and investment management work. The role offers partner-level responsibility on high-value financing and corporate transactions and close collaboration with a national transactional platform.

Ideal candidates will lead deal teams, advise institutional clients and asset managers, and help grow a sophisticated investment management practice. The hiring group values strong technical ability, business judgment, and a collaborative approach; a portable practice is welcome but not required.

• Partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with specific experience in asset management or investment management matters.
• Proven track record leading deals and supervising teams at a major law firm or comparable practice.
• New York bar admission (or eligibility) and authorization to practice in the United States.
• Strong client-development skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with related practice groups.
