Lateral Partner — Finance & Corporate (Private Equity) — Boston

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a private equity and venture capital practice within a busy finance and corporate team based in Boston. The role centers on advising sponsors, portfolio companies and investors on buyouts, minority investments, exits and related financing matters.

You'll join a well-resourced firm platform that handles market-leading transactional work across private equity and venture capital, working closely with deal teams across offices and practice groups.

The role is ideal for a partner with an existing portable private equity/VC practice who can originate and manage complex transactions while mentoring junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, including deal leadership and structuring.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and closing transactions; portable practice or client relationships preferred.
• Strong team leadership and business development skills; ability to work across finance and corporate matters.
• Admission to the relevant bar and eligibility to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to relocate).
