Lateral Partner — Finance & Corporate (Private Equity/Venture Capital), Raleigh

Search for a senior finance and corporate partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Raleigh office. The role will focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, representing sponsors, investors and portfolio companies across buyouts, growth financings and equity investments.

The successful candidate will lead origination and client relationship efforts for the region, work collaboratively with national deal teams, and help grow a portable practice in the Southeast market. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant responsibility for business development and team mentoring.

• Proven partner-level experience advising on private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Track record of originating or substantially growing client relationships and cross‑selling finance and corporate work.
• Strong deal execution skills across buyouts, growth financings and equity investments.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain admission).
